What started as a few family coffee enthusiasts curious about roasting their own beans quickly became something much bigger.

After experimenting with different beans, roast profiles, and brewing methods, we discovered a passion for creating exceptional coffee and sharing it with others. Before long, what began as a hobby turned into the idea for Fujita Java, a family-owned coffee company built around quality, community, and giving back.

Today, every batch of Fujita Java coffee is roasted locally in Huntsville, Alabama, in small batches to ensure freshness and flavor in every cup. Our coffee lineup is inspired by the Enhanced Fujita Scale, with each roast carrying its own unique strength and character, from a smooth EF1 to a powerful EF5.

But great coffee is only part of our mission.

We believe businesses should make a positive impact in their communities and beyond. That's why 10% of all coffee bean sales are donated to Convoy of Hope, helping support disaster relief efforts for families and communities facing difficult times.
